The RPZ is generally defined as land within 40m of any rapid transit system (RTS) structure.   Approval Trigger: Any pile foundation installation (bored piles, driven piles) within the RPZ requires prior approval from LTA. Submission Channel: Under the new CORENET X framework, this is part of the Piling Gateway (optional) or as part of the Design/Construction Gateway.
